Terms and conditions (legally binding)


§1 Organizer: GreatIdea UAB, Vilnius, Lithuania (“Wickie”) 

§2 Eligibility:
See above – you must be aged 18 or over and have a verified Wickie account including IBAN.

Who can participate?
- Verified existing customers with completed Wickie KYC
- Minimum age: 18 years

What is not allowed?
- Purchased views, bot traffic, or artificial manipulation
- Misleading, offensive, or illegal content
- Videos with third-party or non-licensed content (e.g., music, logos, images, persons)
- Private or non-public submissions
- Multiple entries from the same person
- Videos posted before the start of the challenge cannot be considered
- The 20 videos with the most views win in the corresponding order

Note: Violations will lead to exclusion – even retrospectively.

§3 Competition procedure:
- The challenge begins on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. (MESZ / CEST) and ends on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. (MESZ / CEST).
 This allows each participant to plan their contribution and take the necessary screenshot at the end. 
- Participate by publishing your own, self-created video. 
- Only Instagram Reels & Videos, TikTok videos or YouTube videos/shorts are permitted
- Only publicly visible videos with correct hashtags & mention of Wickie will be evaluated. The website must also be mentioned
- The following 10 hashtags must be used: #WickieVideoChallenge #wearewickie #thewickieway #thinkwickie #wickieio #crypto #cryptocurrency #bitcoin #btc #cryptotrading
- Only one channel (your strongest) will be evaluated. A combination of several videos or reels is not permitted
- Participants must submit a mobile phone screenshot via email to video@wickie.io within 30 minutes of the end of the challenge, clearly showing the submitted video, 
the number of views visible on the deadline date, and the time on the device's system clock; only the video with the most views will be evaluated. 
Wickie will verify the information using the link provided.
- Winners will be announced publicly on wickie.io/reel-challenge and contacted by email. Only videos that meet all requirements will be accepted

§4 Prizes:
1st place: €2,500 in Bitcoin
2nd place: €1,000 in Bitcoin
3rd place: €500 in Bitcoin
4th to 20th place: a Wickie game worth €37!

§5 Copyright & Consent:
By submitting your entry, you declare that you:
- are the sole author of the video
- own all rights to the content (music, images, sound, persons)
- grant Wickie.io unlimited rights of use for marketing purposes in terms of time, location, and content
- allow Wickie to publish, edit, shorten, and brand the video

§6 Liability & Indemnification:
- Participation is at your own risk
- Wickie is not liable for technical errors, transmission problems, or third-party claims
- You indemnify Wickie from all third-party claims arising from your content

§7 Data Protection:
- All personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the challenge
- No disclosure to third parties
- All data will be deleted after completion (except for legal retention obligations). The winners and videos will be deleted from the website after 90 days
- The privacy policy at wickie.io applies

§8 Publication & Use:
- Wickie may publicly use your submitted videos, name, and view counts (website, social media, newsletter)
- Publication will take place after editorial review; there is no entitlement to publication

§9 Right to make changes:
Wickie reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time

§10 Legal recourse:
- Legal recourse is excluded
- There is no enforceable claim to participation or payment
